While we take great care to deliver high-quality fashion you’ll love, we understand that preferences for fit and style may vary. That’s why we offer an easy 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.


Returns and Exchanges Made Easy

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange most products within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Exceptions: Intimate wear, such as swimwear and lingerie, must retain their original tags and hygiene stickers.

Please Note:

  • Exchanges are limited to one per order.
  • Exchanged items will be credited as store credit, valid for 1 months.
  • Items purchased with a gift card cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Items not meeting these criteria will be rejected during our quality check (QC) and returned to you.

Prefer a return? No problem! We offer store credit, valid for 1 months, so you can shop again at your leisure.


How to Exchange or Return

Follow these simple steps to start your exchange or return process:

  1. Visit our Exchange Portal.
  2. Enter your order number and registered email/contact number.
  3. Select the eligible product(s) and provide:
    • A reason for exchange/return.
    • Additional remarks.
    • Relevant images (mandatory for defective or incorrect items).
  4. Submit your request.

Once approved (within 24-48 hours):

  • Our courier partner will pick up the package within 1-3 working days.
  • Take a picture or video of the package during handover as proof for future reference.

Reverse Pickup Charges:

  • A flat fee of ₹100 is applicable for exchanges and will be deducted from the store credit issued.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit will be emailed to you within 2-3 working days after the package is picked up.


Important Notes

"Delivered" but Not Received?

If the tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, let us know within 3 days. Courier companies accept complaints only within 72 hours of delivery status, and delays in reporting may limit our ability to assist.

Color Variations

Slight differences in color may occur due to professional lighting during photoshoots.
